How to Use QuickBooks Audit Trail

A log of each financial transaction as it is added, changed, or deleted maintained by QuickBooks Online. This audit log serves as a QuickBooks audit trail that lets you see exactly what changes were made, and who made them. To access the  QuickBooks audit trail or audit log, you must have full access rights. For audit and security reasons, you cannot disable it. You can use the audit log to research changes made to an individual or multiple transactions. Information that you will find in the audit trail in QuickBooks includes -          the date of the change. ·          name of the user who made the change. ·          type of change or event. ·          name of a customer or supplier related to the change. ·          any original transaction date and amount.
